Would you recommend this book to someone, why or why not?
Yes, the author is great at captivating you attention right from the first chapter. I had to read on as it was so such a good start to a story. How did the author keep you interested throughout the story?
The plot twisted many times. The author had you convinced you knew who was responsible for the mayhem and then she would put something in that would have to questioning if you were right. I had to read to the end to find out.
How did this book challenge or change your perspective or opinion on something?
It did challenge me to not give up even if everything seems to be against me.
How does this book compare to other books by the same author or in the same genre?
This is the first book I have read by this author but I will defiantly find others. She writes very much like Colleen Coble or Lynette Eason.
Who was your favourite character and why?
Rhy Finnegan is the bomb expert/first responder. He had a very level head and even when the victim did things that made the situation worse, he never made her to feel stupid or silly.
Who was the character you disagreed with the most, and why?
The main character/victim got my dander up sometimes because her responses made things worse sometime. If she had done what she was told there would have been somethings that would have gone better. The story was very true to real life in that you don't know how people will react to danger.
How did you feel about the ending? Was it satisfying or did you want more?
The ending was not as expected but still very satisfying.
